Damion is originally from South Carolina, he moved to Oregon in 2019 to enjoy the nature of the West Coast. In the kitchen from 15 years old, he has enjoyed a culinary career that ranges from catering to high concept dishes. He has been with the Shedd sousing the pre concert dinners for the last year. In his spare time he enjoys making music, writing, and grilling outside in the sun.
